{"id":49252,"date":"2016-06-20T09:20:34","date_gmt":"2016-06-20T07:20:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.todoheavymetal.com\/?p=49252"},"modified":"2016-06-20T07:59:02","modified_gmt":"2016-06-20T05:59:02","slug":"primer-disco-de-stanbrook","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.todoheavymetal.com\/index.php\/noticias-del-mes\/primer-disco-de-stanbrook","title":{"rendered":"PRIMER DISCO DE STANBROOK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el mismo nombre del grupo, la banda alicantina lanza su primer disco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alfonso Pe\u00f1a a la voz y Jos\u00e9 Piqueres a la bater\u00eda despu\u00e9s de estar tocando durante m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os con ACERO deciden formar STANBROOK y para completar la formaci\u00f3n reclutan a Luis Frutos (BRONKA, ex ACERO) a la guitarra, Jordi Cabrera (GARRA) a la guitarra y Luis Var\u00f3 (ex MORTIS CRUENTUS) al bajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Stanbrook<\/em> se lanz\u00f3 el 25 de mayo. El material lo grab\u00f3, mezcl\u00f3 y masteriz\u00f3 Luis Var\u00f3 en los BlackStage Studios de Alicante. Como cuenta el propio grupo \u201c<em>el nombre est\u00e1 inspirado en el carguero Stanbrook, que fue el \u00faltimo barco que zarp\u00f3 desde el puerto de Alicante el 28 de marzo de 1939 con 2.638 refugiados por la guerra civil espa\u00f1ola. El capit\u00e1n Archibald Dickson desobedeci\u00f3 las ordenes de no evacuar civiles y llen\u00f3 el barco incluso m\u00e1s de lo que pod\u00eda soportar, tanto es as\u00ed que el barco se escor\u00f3 en varias ocasiones durante la traves\u00eda.
